Two precincts get new voting location beginning this November

Posted

Long Beach voters in Precincts 5 and 6 will be casting their ballots at a new location for this November’s General Election on Tuesday, November 5, which will include the candidates for the next President of the United States, who will be installed in January of next year once the final tally is in.

The Harrison County Board of Supervisors recently approved new locations for these two voting precincts for national, state and county elections.

Long Beach Precinct 5, located at Grace Lutheran Church on 19221 Pineville Road, and Long Beach Precinct 6, located at the Long Beach School District’s Central Office, will now both be located at the Long Beach Senior Center at 20257 Daugherty Road.

Active voters in either Long Beach precinct can expect to receive new voter registration cards from the Harrison County Circuit Clerk’s Office before the November election.
